Readers may have noticed how many Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) decisions were handed down by the US Supreme Court this year. Additionally, President Biden signed into law an FAA amendment prohibiting the enforcement of predispute arbitration agreements covering sexual harassment and assault allegations.
These important developments are compiled in an article to be published in the Fall Edition of the State Bar of Michigan's Labor and Employment Section's flagship publication Lawnotes.
